Shipping policy

  • Processing times vary depending on item, estimated time 1-10 days. All clothing items are hand made.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship.
  • Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based on the delivery address and total order weight. Orders placed with free shipping will also adhere to the shipping schedule and method of shipping.
  • All orders are shipped via Parcel/UPS/USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
  • USA delivery vary depending on item, within 5-9 days after the order ships. 
  • Please also check with your local post office or customs after 10 days as the package may be held there.
  • Longer delays may apply if you did not enter your full and complete shipping address.
  • If a shipment is showing as "Delivered" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and mis-deliveries Must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.
  • Please note that once you order has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. We cannot guarantee your package(s) will arrive on the listed date. Once your package(s) it is in the possession of UPS/USPS.
